Not a long time ago I only considered women to be just a merry company and biological emotion regulators. Never thought there would be something as profound as an intelligent women. Pardon my bluntness but I must make an exception here that to me intelligence of men and women was a very vain and wrong comparison. Let me explain.
Women can think rationally or intelligently but they don’t feel much urge to do in most scenarios. Just like Men who stay angry all the time. The underlying primal instincts make it difficult for both to think intelligently at times. There is nothing inherently wrong in their nature preventing necessary intelligent thinking, to not be considered rational beings.
Now why do I say Intelligent women like they are a different and rather extinct species? Because the only thing which makes me put a superlative behind the word women (who is biologically intelligent enough to need not such a word as compensation) is because that extra intelligence or precisely deeper dimension of thinking that goes beyond the 1st dimension of abstract thinking.
In this dimension, both men and women who possess it, act as the controller between the instinct and the reason (which is the first dimension). Most Men consider them rational or women themselves intelligent because they can at times think rationally and sometimes give in to their desires. Thats fine, thats life and its totally ok to lose control of reason sometimes.
But what they actually never had control of was that 2nd dimension of intelligence which in some probably doesn’t exist biologically, still doesn’t disqualify them from being intelligent or rational, and in some its never nurtured or rather discovered properly. And both these Men and Women suffer the loss of this extra intelligence.
Now one might ask what purpose does this intelligence serves us in both Men and Women. For Men I will write in the subsequent piece. But for Women, I give a simple story of two women. Both having their natural faculties in healthy working. But only one has have the gift of that 2nd dimension.
So the story goes like this, two men who just came home from work, tired and lost against the day’s struggle faced a devastating loss in their business. Both men’s wives sat them down bring them a glass of water. But one of them uses 1st dimension of reason, god forbid if the wife who doesn’t reason in this matter, are you alright? how was work? oh, such a pity, you pour soul. She is trying to help console the man. But in doing so she gave him a safe haven he had never be able to get out of. The only safe place is to her, and everything else is wicked and not made for the man.
Now, the second wife on the other hand does the same but very subtly make the man realize that this is just another day of his life, and he is made for this. Its not more than he can bear and he shouldn’t act like it. But of course she never says it directly for this is an intelligent women. She tells her husband “oh, you look very tired from your hardwork”, “Here, let me hold you tonight, get you well rested, get you safe” “So, you can go out and fight again tomorrow”.
The female being the emotion regulator of the relationship, or I prefer to say the Motivator in the relation never limits the power of the man or underestimates his abilities. Because that’s the worse she can do. A properly motivated Man can atleast 10x-100x his potential. But a man who is not motivated but the opposite, gets a safe haven to quit, to never have to life a spear, a stick, a briefcase again. Loses his current potential. And eventually the not-so-intelligent wife loses her 1st dimension of intelligence as well. And she is forever in the hands of her instincts and the man at her mercy.
That is the ultimate recipe of a failed relationship/marriage. And hence why Men need the company of intelligent Women. Because thats what keeps the man pushing to his ultimate potential and everyone benefits from it. The Man when he feels the hardwork, the glory and the best version of himself that he has become. And the intelligent Women as always, getting the best for herself or rather should I say making everything into the best for her family.
